A teleprompter gives your words a place to live while you record. A script written for speaking makes the result feel more like a conversation.
Write for your voice
Start with one idea you want the viewer to remember. Write short sentences with words you use naturally. Read the draft out loud. If you stumble over a phrase, simplify it before you record. Place a line break where you want to breathe.
Set up your shot
Put the phone near eye level and use a quiet space with soft light in front of you. Open the teleprompter in AI Captions and add your script. Use the available text and scrolling controls to find a comfortable reading pace. Keep the text easy to see without leaning toward the screen.
Do a short practice take
Record the first few lines and watch them back. Notice your eye movement, delivery and audio. If you sound rushed, slow down or shorten the script. Leave a small pause between ideas rather than trying to fill every second.
Turn the recording into a captioned video
After recording, generate captions from the video. Review the transcript against what you actually said: a natural take may differ from your script. Correct names and timing, choose a clear style, then export the finished video.
